Active since 2014, Leonardo Ruiz, born in Bogotá, Colombia and currently living in Milan, Italy, works bringing together illustration, animation and graphic design, both for personal pleasure and to communicate clients' ideas. He has collaborated with many brands, big and small, always with a clear goal in mind: to reach out to new audiences through the power of visual storytelling.
Most of his inspiration comes from pop culture, nature, music, literature and animation masterpieces. Often working next to a cup of coffee and listening to a lo-fi hip hop beat, he values his creative process the most. His personal projects are like a playground where rules don't exist. He strives for exploring every possibility and not limiting himself to a single style.
